Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition, include all materials (instructions,manuals, etc).
Shipping reimbursement is at our discretion for USPS and UPS ground shipping (wrong merchandise sent, etc).
It may take up to 14 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Your credit card issuer reserves the right to post your refund to your account at their convenience.
Do not ship your items COD, Freight Collect or any other service that requires payment on our end to accept your return. We will not accept any returns under those conditions.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% - 20% restocking fee to orders of quantities in excess of 50.
PLEASE NOTE: LEDs (components or individual) cannot be returned if the package has been opened. Other products may be returned at our discretion.
